Returns Policy

Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Products must be unused and in resale condition
  • Items must be in original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and specialty packaging
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products
  • A photo of your item must be submitted for approval before shipping your return
  • Returns must include valid proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt: info@greenergrounding.com.au
  2. Submit a photo of the item you wish to return for approval
  3. Provide your proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)
  4. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization

Refunds

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law. We will cover return postage for faulty items. Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. Products must be unused, in resale condition, and in original packaging (including tags, accessories, and specialty packaging). Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products. A photo of your item must be submitted for approval before shipping your return. Returns must include valid proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Full purchase price will be refunded for items that meet our return conditions
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error

Warranty Information

We stand behind the quality of our products. However, please note:

  • We do not offer extended warranty coverage beyond standard consumer protection laws
  • Manufacturing defects will be handled on a case-by-case basis within the 30-day return window
  • Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents are not covered
