Researchers studied 12 people with sleep problems and pain — and the results were powerful.

Researchers tested this by making volunteers do intense weighted toe raises - then tracked how grounding affected recovery.
Results: Grounded participants had significantly lower pain scores over three days. Their muscles recovered faster, and they experienced less fatigue.
Grounded participants could tolerate much higher pressure on sore muscles than the ungrounded group — a clear sign of reduced inflammation and faster healing.
